Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination
Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) will be organized by the Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh at state level. Through this exam, students can get admission in the first year of engineering, architecture, pharmacy, design, management, computer applications, etc. It also offers admission in lateral entry in B.Tech, B.Pharma and MCA courses. Various government as well as private institutions of Uttar Pradesh state consider the UPSEE/UPTU scores for providing admissions.There will be +587 colleges / Institutes which will be affiliated for all the programmes.
Candidates must have qualified their intermediary or Class 12 examination from any recognized Board/Institution in the state of Uttar Pradesh or outside with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in the subjects of Physics, mathematics, and Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject.The candidates are also required to have passed in the above-mentioned subjects without grace.
The counselling for UPSEE B.Tech 2020 is being conducted by Dr. A.P.J. Kalam Technical University. Candidates who have qualified in the UPSEE 2020 B.Tech examination are considered for the various rounds of counselling. Candidates, in order to participate in UPSEE B.Tech 2020 counselling need to register online, upload the necessary documents, pay the counselling fee and undergo document verification later. Candidates also need to fill in their choices for colleges/courses according to their order of preference. Admission of candidates through UPSEE B.Tech counselling 2020 will be based on their merit (rank obtained in UPSEE B.Tech 2020) and their preferences.
UPSEE participating institutes 2020 are the list of colleges situated within the territory of U.P. state offering admission on the basis of UPSEE 2020. The UPSEE 2020 participating institutes includes 13 government aided colleges, 8 state universities and around 200 private/unaided colleges. Students aspiring for admission in UPSEE participating institutes 2020 have to qualify entrance exam conducted by AKTU, Lucknow. Admission in all the UPSEE 2020 participating institutes is done through a centralised counselling conducted by AKTU in June in online mode. UPSEE participating institutes 2020 offers courses in various disciplines of engineering along with many other non-engineering courses. UPSEE 2020 will be conducted in April in offline mode across various test centres.
